This liquid eyeliner comes with a pointed felt applicator that makes it easy to achieve fine, delicate lines or intense, bold strokes. For best results, be sure to store the liner tip down to keep the formula flowing smoothly.

How To use

Begin at the inner corner of the eye along the lash line and work eyeliner pen outwards. Position brush tip close to the lash roots and in a gentle, fluid movement apply eyeliner along the curve of your lash line for natural look. Build up eyeliner for a more dramatic eye look.
